Who we are

Kimberly & Coach have been helping organizations upgrade their culture with collaboration and conflict resolution skillsets since 2016.

Kimberly Culbertson is an active practitioner of team dynamics and has 15+ years of experience in both corporate and nonprofit spaces. She loves a great coffee shop conversation and bike rides with besties.

Coach Culbertson has spent 20+ years in technology, training military, government, and corporate organizations of all sizes. He speaks tech and team dynamics with equal ease, and has a love for climbing and well-crafted coffee.
