Use various media and platforms to spread stories. Consider oral or written presentations, blog posts, newsletters, videos, team meetings, town halls, or mentoring moments.
The most powerful way to get the word out is the organizational grapevine. You cannot control everything but you can certainly influence by spreading positive messages. The absence of relatable and timely information creates a void that will be filled with the stories in their heads.
