Our team of storytelling experts transform your content into your very own dedicated interactive templates. They will use your current decks, adding interactive elements that help you make your customers genuinely interested and engaged. Once we’re done, you get access to our no-code editor with unlimited modification options.
All the Storydocs created in your account are yours to keep forever. The links will remain active. However, you’d lose access to most of your account functionalities, you’d no longer be able to modify your presentations, create new versions, or use the analytics panel.
A template (we like to call it simply a Storydoc) is an interactive web presentation, created and hosted on Storydoc. You can easily modify every part of your Storydoc and create unlimited personal versions—no code involved.Your brandbook is implemented inside, so every slide design you use will always be pitch-perfect.
A custom version of your Storydoc presentation is a version which you customize to a given customer or audience based on your template, adding things like their name, logo, or a personal introduction. Each customized version has its unique URL. Don’t worry—modifying a specific version wouldn’t impact the master.
Depending on your plan, you can make the changes manually, just before sending the presentation (it takes a few seconds!) or you can auto-extract customer data from your CMS and use our smart API to populate the desired fields with customized text or figures automatically.
A creator is someone on your team with full access to Storydoc’s presentation editor. Creators can fully edit the page template: add, remove, or rearrange the elements, or create multiple iterations to test out different solutions.

Yes, you can easily control which team members have access to different features of the app, for instance editing the live templates, creating personalized versions, or sending the presentations. You can also organize your presentations into folders and share the content with relevant stakeholders.
As part of the Storydoc service, we take care of hosting your pages on our domain: storydoc.com/stories/your-personal-URL/. The enterprise plan lets you have your custom branded subdomain, that would look like this: yourcompany.storydoc.com/your-personal-URL.
It is technically possible but would require a greater deal of effort and technological capacity on our end and yours to do that while editing your pages with our real-time editor. So we have to charge an extra fee for it. If you’re interested, let’s discuss it in more detail at a call.
Every Storydoc you send out comes with a unique URL, enabling you to track the activity of every reader. You get information about who read your content, how much time they spent on it, where exactly they churned. It all makes it easier for you to know when to follow up and what the next step should be.
