📍 Location: Poland (Remote-first, 1 day/week in Warsaw coworking office)
💼 Your Role
As a Frontend Developer, you will be a core member of our product team and play a key role in shaping our editor and core platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our editor and core frontend architecture.
- Develop and maintain a fast-growing, production-ready application.
- Implement new features and continuously improve existing ones.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Contribute to architectural and technology decisions.
- Identify and improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with React.
- Strong understanding of React Hooks and modern patterns.
- Solid proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with state management tools:
- Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with TanStack Query (React Query).
- Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with frontend testing tools:
- Jest, React Testing Library, Vitest.
- Experience working with Git and code review workflows.
- Knowledge of Clean Code principles and common design patterns.
- Experience with styling solutions:
- styled-components, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js).
- Basic knowledge of MongoDB / Mongoose.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Storage, Pub/Sub).
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with Puppeteer or browser automation tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in startup or product-driven environments.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools.
