Video has never been more important to B2B marketing and sales – but the way it’s created is changing faster than ever.

For years, companies faced the same impossible tradeoff: creating high-quality video meant investing significant time, budget, and resources.

As buyer expectations continue to rise, that equation is being rewritten.

Join Itai Amoza, CEO & Co-Founder of Storydoc, and Mike Yearling, Creative Director at Mills James – one of the largest video and event production companies in the United States – as they explore the biggest shifts happening in B2B content today.

With more than 30 years of storytelling experience, Mike and his colleagues have helped brands including Procter & Gamble, AVON, Victoria’s Secret, Sazerac, and The Ohio State University conceive and produce the videos that have driven their growth. Mike is also an Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker himself.

You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how one of the industry’s most experienced creative teams is responding to changing buyer expectations, evolving production workflows, and growing demand for more video content.

Most importantly, Mike will explain how his team is helping clients overcome the biggest objection to investing in video: that it’s too expensive, too time-consuming, or too difficult to scale.

Drawing on Mike’s frontline experience producing video for enterprise organizations and Storydoc’s research into buyer engagement, this webinar will combine real-world lessons with data-backed insights to show what actually works today.

You’ll hear why video consistently outperforms static content, where it has the biggest impact throughout the buyer journey, and how evolving production workflows – including AI-assisted creative processes – are helping organizations create more effective video without sacrificing quality or brand standards.

What you’ll learn:

  • Why video has become one of the strongest drivers of engagement throughout the B2B buying journey, and where it has the most impact.

  • The biggest shifts happening in video production – and what they mean for sales and marketing teams today.

  • What separates video that actually moves deals forward from content that’s simply high production value.

  • The biggest mistakes B2B companies make when investing in video – and how to avoid them.

  • How leading creative teams are overcoming the traditional barriers of cost and production time.

  • Why “good enough” AI-generated video isn’t always enough – and how the best creative teams are balancing speed, quality, and brand consistency.

  • How to use video more effectively across sales and marketing content to generate stronger engagement and better business outcomes.

If you work in marketing, sales enablement, or revenue, you’ll leave with practical insights from two industry leaders on how to rethink your video strategy – and what you can start doing differently immediately.
